Agriculture Education Day
Be entered for a chance to win your own garden basket if you help us out with our survey! Two baskets will be given out, winner drawn on Earth Day - April 22nd!
Education Program Survey
Educators, Scout Leaders, Librarians and Summer Camp specialists, help us to maximize our FREE programs and affordable workshops by giving us your opinion! We want to make our program offerings a helpful resource to you and the youth that you teach, but to do that we have to know what your needs are. We know your time is valuable and so is your feedback.
To show our gratitude, all survey participants will be entered into a drawing for a "Get-You-Started" Spring gardening basket!
The drawing will be held on Earth Day (April 22) and two baskets will be given away. Thanks for being a part of our program!

Required for teachers only. Each year, the HCSWCD holds a Poster and Essay contest for all grade levels, with themes taken from the National Association of Conservation Districts. An example is, "Dig Deeper, Mysteries in the Soil". We generally have the same schools represented each year. What barriers are there for your school to participate? (Choose as many that apply).
*
Didn't know about the contest
No way to deliver posters/essays to the HCSWCD office
The prize/recognition is not enough motivation for students
Already committed to other contests
Not enough room in curriculum to assign
Not relevant to what I teach
