What is Envirothon? Area IV Envirothon tests teams of 3-5 high school students from Southwestern Ohio at five stations in an outdoor setting. Students compete against other teams to answer questions about:
Why Envirothon? Students who participate further their appreciation for conservation and science topics, while enjoying a fun and collaborative team-building event. In addition, the Envirothon is a great college prep experience and a chance to talk with a variety of professionals in the Environmental field. The four top scoring teams then progress on to the State Envirothon Competition where the winning team then goes on to compete in the NCF (National Conservation Foundation) Envirothon.
