NEW THIS YEAR: We will have staggered start/stop times (starting at 8:30a and ending at 1:50p) to avoid students gathering in large groups. Please select the times that best fit your school schedule. The program is first-come, first-served and morning start times fill up quickly.
Students will be on the farm for 2 hours and 15 minutes and will be actively learning during that time. Schools may NOT come early or stay late for lunch. If you choose to extend your field trip time to include lunch, that must be done offsite.

A $25 refundable deposit is required to hold a time slot for EACH CLASS. Please mail the deposit check to:
    Hamilton County Farm Bureau
    117 E Walnut Street, Suite A
    Farmersville, Ohio 45325

Checks will not be cashed and will be returned to the teacher on the day of the event. If schools do not show up for the event, the check will be deposited at that time.

We are only offering programming during the approved time slots. Due to the number of students on site, your class will NOT be able to stay on site for lunch.

If the event must be cancelled for inclement weather, you will be notified the day before the event. If that happens, all deposit checks will be returned.

The Hamilton County Farm Bureau has some transportation grants. If you need help with transportation costs, please check below. You will be contacted by a Farm Bureau representative.

The distance from the parking area to the furthest education station is around 1/4 mile. Students will be walking from station to station on paved pathways. By clicking below you indicate you have addressed any mobility concerns within your group and understand that on-site transportation will not be available the day of the event.

All students and adults are required to wear name tags and closed-toed shoes (i.e. old tennis shoes or boots) to the Farm. Please check below to acknowledge your understanding.
