It is important that schools attend the sessions they register for. We will not be able to accommodate schools that show up for the wrong session. If your school is late, you will miss some stations.

A $25 refundable deposit is required to hold a session time for your school. Please mail the deposit check to:
    Hamilton County Farm Bureau
    117 E Walnut Street, Suite A
    Farmersville, Ohio 45325

Checks will not be cashed and will be returned to the lead teacher on the day of the event. If schools do not show up for the event, the check will be deposited at that time.

We can only offer programming during the approved sessions. However, if you would like to stay late or come early for lunch or to allow your students some free time, we do have some space at the Overlook to do so. We ask that if you have lunch onsite that you encourage your students to pack a "No Waste" lunch by using reusable packing. Schools are responsible for taking all lunch waste with them.

The Hamilton County Farm Bureau has some transportation grants. If you need help with transportation costs, please check below. You will be contacted by a Farm Bureau representative.

The distance from the parking area to the furthest education station is around 1/4 mile. Students will be walking from station to station on paved pathways. By clicking below you indicate you have addressed any mobility concerns within your group and understand that on-site transportation will not be available the day of the event.

All students and adults are required to wear name tags and closed-toed shoes (i.e. old tennis shoes or boots) to the Farm. Please check below to acknowledge your understanding.
